Behind the Ocean, is a story where a young teenager named Lauren Fetchers experiences the normal teenage life. 


She was once a small, quiet young girl that would get straight A's but never had much of a social life. One day her boyfriend who belonged with her, decides to end the relationship with her. This completely tears her heart down. He completely betrays her and has another relationship with another teenager. A transferred student comes along to her school at a great timing. He significantlly makes her day brighter, but he doesn't know anything that she is thinking.
