When the earth reached her breaking point. The government had to do something. They released a drug into the air called MDC9. Which causes people to turn into "zombie's" who are very passive, act like everything is alright and only feel happiness. They hope to give the give the earth a chance to heal. But the complete opposite is happening. Fortunately this drug didn't effect everyone, Aida is one of those people. She meets a group called the cloud 9 movement. Together they try to save the earth.
