"I sincerely apologize for everything I've done and all the people I've upset. I am sure not a soul will miss me or as much as recall me being here so this will remain short and straightforward. - Oliver, I'm so truly and dearly sorry for all the shit that has went down a few weeks ago, I hope one day you'll learn to forget and forgive me. - Fannie, my near and dear girlfriend, I'm so sorry for leaving you oh too soon. And to my family, I'm sorry for what a burden this will be to you all, but it appears to me, it has become more of a burden me being around." - Michael Moore 12.23.18 No one expected Mike to do what he did. He's one of those what you call, cool kids. One of the respected ones. A football player and a regular kid. He had a very good life, good grades, a good wholesome family, a girlfriend, and a best friend. His suicide shook the town to its core. It saddened the community to levels they haven't reached in a long while. Some simply couldn't believe Mike, The Michael Moore, killed himself. Only one knew the truth, and that truth is that Michael didn't commit suicide. Don't get the wrong idea though, he did die, but not in the way everyone thinks. When the school's local stoner gets murdered, it's up to Mel Park, a frenemy of Jonah's, to help bring his killer to justice. The only problem is... she has no idea who it is. With Jonah's last text conversations to go off of, Mel begins investigating everyone around her, including her classmates. How far will one teenaged girl go to find out the truth? The end may be closer than it appears, and Mel must find out who the perpetrator is before her fate meets Jonah's. --- "This book... balanced the suspense and the feelings of adolescence so well!" -@nicoleontap "This was honestly such a good read.
