Abigail was Alpha of the Shadow Moon pack. Her father handed her the Alpha title on her 22nd birthday. She had to fight to earn respect as Alpha with her fellow pack members, because she was female. Her wolf being alpha blood, was larger than most, the wolf's name was Zahra. Being the Alpha was tiring, especially with everyone pushing her to find her mate. She told everyone she didn't want a mate, but secretly she did. She feared her mate would take her title, and belittle her. She is 27 now, and been Alpha for 5 years.

Tony was 30, he had been the Omega of the Blood Moon pack. He was the former Alpha's youngest son. Both his parents died when he had wondered into the forest. Rogues attacked, and his parents died in the fight. He had two older brothers, the oldest Nathaniel, had to become Alpha at 16. Nathaniel despised Tony, because their parents died protecting him. Tony at 5 years old, was demoted to Omega. Tony along with the other Omegas were treated poorly, especially Tony. He had been forced to do manual labor, clean, cook, and even clean for the other Omegas. He wasn't allowed to eat but once a day, and only enough to keep him alive. His wolf, Zehere, has encouraged him to run away. He never has because he believes he deserves the treatment.

Abby strikes a deal with Alpha Nathaniel. She will marry his only brother, who lost his mate, for an alliance. His brother's name is Colin, he is 32.
