This is a story I wrote while in eighth grade, just after visiting the named castles with my class on a trip to Lugano! I meant it to be a short story at the time, but with the large amount of time I spent setting the story up in the beginning, It would make ale sense for it to become a novel. I have a second chapter but I am not convinced wether I like it yet.
