Isabella 'Marie' Swan and Evelyn 'Helen' Swan are identical twin sisters, and they are the daughters of Charlie Swan and Renee Dwyer. Even though Bella and Evelyn look the same, the only thing different about the two girls is that Bella has Charlie's chocolate brown eyes while Evelyn has Renee's sapphire blue eyes. Not only that, their personalities are different from one another. Bella is clumsy, quiet, awkward, and lacks confidence while Evelyn is graceful, friendly, has confidence, and is mature. 

When Renee gets remarried to a minor league baseball player named Phil Dwyer, Bella and Evelyn noticed that their mother gets depressed whenever Phil has to leave home to travel with his team. For once, the Swan sisters agreed that they should let Renee go to Jacksonville, Florida to live with Phil while they move in with Charlie at Forks, Washington. 

What the Swan sisters don't know is that their birthplace is now the home of a vampire coven named the Cullen where their lives become a living roller coaster when one of the sisters fall in love with a vampire.
