It's like that saying: "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas."
Damien Haas is a 28-year-old man, struggling with life. Not his life, just life in general. There isn't anything specific to trigger this feeling of dread, it just comes and goes; but, to his dismay, it was here to stay.
He decides that he should leave America for a moment, and go to Norway, for six months. That was his plan. But, six months quickly turned into a year, when he meets a 20-year-old woman named Cora, who was also looking for an escape in Scandinavia; a place so far from their homes, but they're both comfortable.
But, then tragedy hits them like a deer in headlights when it meets its doom. Everything falls to pieces. Sadness is a blanket. It's cold. It's winter again and it's impossible to take it off.
This is a story about overcoming the worst things to ever possibly happen. From the perspective of Damien Haas, he will take you on a journey through self-discovery, love, and heartbreak.
"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."

Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
