The 53rd class of Hopes Peak Academy find themselves is quite the situation, when the 77th class blows up part of the building. The world's biggest, most awful, most tragic event in human history started that day, due to that specific class. Well, that's what everyone thought at first. That was until Kokichi Ouma, the Ultimate Supreme Leader, reveals himself as a traitor, having lied about all his intentions. He had never cared about the others, but was merely acting. *Lying*. He was an Ultimate Despair, second to that of Junko Enoshima. But is that really the truth of the matter? A/N Hey, so I came up with this idea a long time ago, and I just decided to write it because I don't have much else to do. It's just a 'what if' scenario if Kokichi had been a Remnant of Despair, really. There might be some shippy stuff, I don't really know. However, what he lived with her caused him to bring out what he hated the most about himself from within. -Forget it love- said a woman who was next to her- it's not worth it- this dog was supposed to be her friend, she was supposed to support her just like she did; however he managed so that he and she hated each other and thus be able to steal it. The woman on the floor does not know how much she was framed and harmed by her naivety, nor did she know that this was the beginning of her misfortunes. Because of that woman she did not stop suffering, wherever she went she suffered verbal or physical abuse and everything was orchestrated by this woman; she didn't know until she was about to faint. "Why?" She asked this unarmed woman without knowing why she hated him so much. She never did anything to hurt him. She just laughed viciously without answering him, she didn't have to waste her time with an insect; leaving La to die imprisoned in the house where she was kidnapped. "Answer me!" She got up from her bed screaming "Eh? This looks like my room; Did I reincarnate myself in the past?" She ran to the bathroom just to see that her assumption was correct. She thanked the heavens for this second chance by promising that she wouldn't be fooled a second time.Complete

(This is a sequel to Danganronpa: Darkened Hope. I recommend that you read Darkened Hope if you haven't already, both to avoid spoilers for that story, and to contextualize this one.) Another killing game.... another bunch of students.... another story of murder and betrayal and deceit.... But this time.... Something's different. When Benshirou Kuwahara woke up in the courtyard behind a mansion, he didn't know what to expect. At first glance, it appeared he was being held hostage with fifteen other students with exceptional talent in certain skills, somewhat like himself. But the truth was much more horrifying than just a simple kidnapping. Monokuma, the supposed landlord of "Despairblood Manor," as he called it, was nothing but sadistic and cruel. To escape, one must murder. With this one simple rule in place, everyone's lives are in danger. What will become of the Ultimates residing in the mansion? How many will die? How many will survive? Will they ever know the answers to these questions, or will the bloodshed keep on going?

...there is a charm about the forbidden that makes it unspeakably desirable. " Kharis, why don't you just tell me how you feel because how you act is confusing me. " I said fed up with the uncertainty of our situation. " Is there something here or am I just making a fool of myself?" I scoffed. Having said that out loud, a cloud of embarrassment built over me. Of course there was nothing between us, he wasn't capable of looking at me as anything other than an intruder to his perfect little family. He just needed a shoulder to cry on and a heart to play games with and like the fool I am, I served it up to him on a silver platter. This was nothing but a way for him to deal with the whole Kalen situation. I was just a distraction. He remained completely silent and that was a good enough answer for me. I should have crushed this stupid crush years ago. I should have never let him get this close. " Okay, " I said softly. " I get it, I was just a distraction, a way to deal with what's happening." I had to fight real hard to fight back the tears that were just begging to be let free. He doesn't deserve them, no one does!. " I should have known! " I said feeling like an utter fool. I attempted to push past him but before I could he stepped in front of me and looked me dead in the eyes. Shit, maybe I shouldn't have mentioned Kalen. He kept his eye contact as he slowly got to his knees. He's eyes were watery at this point and the guilt of mentioning Kalen was beginning to eat me up. Shit, shit! " I'm sorry, I shouldn't have..." I said getting to my knees as well. " I don't know how you've been able to over look all the shit I put you through over the years." He said with such a low tone, i don't think he was talking to me. He immediately looked away probably ashamed of himself. " I'm blackened at the heart by all the pain I caused you, so don't apologize I'm only getting what I deserve.
