When a bad habit of blowing things up gets Detective Vince Kato discharged from the force, he finds himself caught in the middle of a war between two syndicate rivals whose main objective is a new prototype facial recognition sniper rifle code named The SNIP. Their first target: the governor.
Vince must find the rifle and destroy it before the syndicates get their hands on it. But when a washed up KGB officer suddenly shows up informing Vince that such game changing technology is yesterday's news, Vince can't help but fear that the SNIP is only a stepping stone to a more horrific plan.
Somebody is hiding something. Somebody has a hidden agenda. Somebody has a terrifying super weapon hidden in plain sight.
Vince must sacrifice everything to solve this case and earn his redemption, all while meeting a mini AI robot "borrowed" from the CIA, outwitting politicians gone bad, and possibly falling for a know-it-all hostage he can't stand. Welcome to BULLET CITY. It's going to be a long day...
