Two siblings got taken away from home.  Nevaeh was 11 and Francisco was 2.
Mother was a drug addict and their dad died from gang fights when Nevaeh was 9. Her mother Veronica gave birth to Francisco months after their father's death.
Nevaeh and Francisco are mixed with Mexican,  white & black. Their mother is full Mexican and the father is mixed with black and white.  
They finally got adopted when Nevaeh is now 14 and her baby brother is 4. 
They've been living in a bad home and a bad neighborhood most of their lives,
