I was listening to the song Friends Will Be Friends by Queen earlier and for some reason the friendship of Dean and Cas popped into my head. And then the idea came along. So I wrote it.
I dunno, I liked the idea. :)
And if you're familiar with the song, you will notice that I incorporated some of the lyrics into the story for fun.
I'm just super excited that I finally had an idea as was able to write again :D

Cas and Dean are seniors in high school and they've been best friends since they were five years old. They know everything about one another, or so Dean thought. He finds himself jealous and angry when he sees Cas with Luke, and at his brother's suggestion he decides to confront his true feelings for his best friend, and tell him how he really feels. He and Dean find that their exes are not the only thing they have in common.
