I'm going to start journaling the things I feel perhaps in a daily bases maybe not things are always interesting in my life. I just want to say maybe there's something here for you wether you suffer from anxiety or depression. I'm not always entirely sure about myself I don't know if I'm one to talk about these things or if I'll be good at it but I want to try. There's probably going to be advice from my friends and even my music teacher since we also tend to talk about things like this. But know that I care about you and if you need to vent you can always message me. Take care of yourself stay healthy.

✔️( COMPLETED )✔️ Hello everyone, I want to discuss self-harm. Here are some alternatives to self-harm, including painless options. It's important not to let minor issues lead to self-harm; you are stronger than life's challenges. This topic also touches upon cutting and self-injury, and how to stop cutting. We will explore how to choose your mood, understand your emotions, and deal with addiction. Being your best self is achievable, and positive thoughts and emotions can help. We will also address depression, anxiety, and coping with stress, as well as how to get help during a crisis.
