The Axton family was like any other family in their town. There was a mother, a father, a daughter, and a son, they went to church, they had the large Victorian home, and they had a German Shepard. To any onlooker, this was a family everyone strived to be.
If only the public knew what happened behind closed doors.
In reality, the Axton's were cannibals who were a part of a secret cult. The youngest child, Lilura Axton, was able to hunt for the first time the day she turned thirteen. Her first hunt went poorly, her conscience stopping her. Five years later, and with a little more practice, she is far more comfortable killing and eating people. That is, until her family is targeted by the cult. Why?
Because Lilura decided to hide her next target- a man falsely accused of rape and murder against an underage girl. The kicker? Her family only eats the guilty and feel obligated to help this man.
Will the Axton family survive, or will they become someone else's meal?

The old man picked up on her cannibalistic behavior pretty fast, so he helped her. It wasn't hard. All he did was let her kill a few evil people in the Hollywood business who no one would miss. Eventually, they had to move. They ended up in Woodsboro. Roman still worked as a director, which allowed Amber to attend the nearby school as she grew up.
