The Escaped Timelord

Bay Locke escaped from Gallifrey's war where all the Timelords (except the Doctor) died. She was a baby, and all she had was a TARDIS, a sonic pen, and a bit of luck. Instead of landing on the orphanage steps like her parents intended her to when they let her go before the war began, she spent around 900 years orbiting in space, unconscious, and not aging, until she reached Earth looking like a six-year-old.

Now, in modern-day Boston, she grows up somewhat normally as a thirteen-year-old girl with adoptive parents, although she has unexplainable nightmares that could only be of the war on Gallifrey, and only feels whole looking up at the stars. During summer break, she travels on the TARDIS through space and time.
