This is the story of my journey to loose weight. I've struggled my whole life with loosing weight. It's time to make my goal a reality. This journal will help me remind me of my struggles and my accomplishments.

My name is Lucille Cutter but I'm usually called Lucy. I am what is known as a lucid dreamer, lucid dreaming is where the person dreaming is aware they are dreaming and can exert some form of control over the dream. In my dreams I can control some things but my dreams are different... They hurt me. When I dream I can get hurt and when I wake up I feel the pain, there is no physical mark but I feel the immense pain. I've had tests done but no one knows why it happens only that it could kill me. You maybe thinking that as long as I don't do anything dangerous I should be fine... Right? It would if 'he' wasn't in my dreams stalking me... • 1st in February Chocolate Awards: Short Story •

This will be a draft to a story in the works about a man sent to solitary confinement for a crime he did not commit. Desperate to maintain his sanity, he falls into a lucid dream where he meets fellow lucid dreamers, one of them a wise man who teaches him a lot about living a meaningful life. A story about what it's like to be squeezed until every drop of self worth leaks from your body. A story about how someone else's influence can make you feel like you don't love yourself anymore. This is my story.

This collection of poetry is my story. This is all the things I struggle or struggled with within myself, and most of these things I've overcome. The purpose of this collection is to help y'all understand that you're not alone. Enjoy.

It's a story about recovering from depression. My journey to stay happy after a long couple years. I write mostly poetry.
