I'm thrown back into my memories and before I can stop it fear is constricting my throat, screams bouncing off the walls around me. Running feet pounding against the floors. Shouts everywhere I turn. My heart beats faster and faster as it crawls up my throat, and I don't try to stop it. The scream breaks free of me as I begin to claw at my arms and face until every trace of the memory is gone.

A knife, zip tie, and a rag were all revealed. The view made me realize that this could be my last chance to get help. If I did not call out right now, he would take me. I would not make it out alive either way. I let out a bloodcurdling scream loud enough to wake up the whole neighborhood.
