Vianna O'Neill is one of a kind. I guess you could say she is a psychic as she reads people like a book. Vianna uses her unique ability to become a forensic psychologist which again has its own reasons. One of the reasons being her past. Vianna's past filled her with determination to excel at not only becoming a psychologist, but more importantly a forensic psychologist. Her hard work and determination did not go to waste as she succeeded and has now been offered a job as a forensic psychologist at Everlast Mental Institution for the criminally insane.

Vianna meets all kinds of people while working at Everlast. Whether all of those people she meets are trustworthy is hard to know because Vianna may be a psychologist, but even a psychologist could get caught in the lies of clever but evil people. Psychologists are just human beings after all. The only question really is: will Vianna fall for it?
