Meliodas gains back trust in his father, the demon king. Meliodas' curse is lifted by him whilst he was sleeping, since the demon king sneakily entered the boar hat as an appearance of Elaine, Ban's dead girlfriend.
Meliodas and the others later find out his father's plan, and Meliodas decides to fight him and his brother, but got very weakened in the fight, leading to his death.
Elizabeth is cleary shaken by the fact that her loved one is dead; so she goes on a quest for the demon king to bring him back. Will Elizabeth bring back Meliodas? Or is he forever gone?
