Erzalyn Brooks. The girl who's known for only one thing: attempted suicide. After being admitted to a Teen Center for psychotic kids, called Bridgeway, she learns over time that Bridgeway isn't what it seems, and with the help of three people, she somehow figures it all out.

Liam Brown. Most know him for his psychotic episodes that occur more often than not. Determined to solve the puzzle that is Bridgeway and get out, Liam enlists the help of three people, also patients at Bridgeway.

Lydia Baker, a suicidal teen with a dark, dark past. She decides she needs help, and admits herself to Bridgeway. Three weeks into therapy at the Center, Lydia realizes admitting herself was a huge mistake, but meeting three people wasn't one.

David Baxter. Known as a threat to himself, but he isn't. His mother wanted him gone, so she admitted David to Bridgeway, making up a huge suicide story to sell her son off. Soon after meeting three kids, he realizes that things are never as they seem.
