This is a story of Damien and Echo Zaveri twin brother and sister who live in a world full of powerful people known as L'étrange (The Strange in French) (everybody calls them étrangers)they were raised as best friends (Damien's foster last name is Smith and Echo's is Marc) and to be ordinary but they come to find out not only are they brother and sister but are told of a secret their foster parents have hidden from them, a tape from their biological father and it changes their lives and nothing is going to ne normal again
