In a world where a strange sickness plagued every country, people have to believe in their skills to stay alive. What once started as a common flu, ended up being the most mortal and dangerous sickness, where extreme insanity is the main symptom.
The brain gets altered, and people stop being themselves. They forget who they were, their families, their friends, their memories. They only know one thing: eat human flesh. Basically, these people turn in what you would know as...zombies.
Percy Jackson is a 18th year old boy who was born and raised in this apocalyptic world. Throughout the years he has experienced some stuff no kid should ever see, but in this world creepy stuff is on a daily basis. In a life twist he ends up living and surviving with 4 friends: Thalia, Luke, Nico and his little sister, Hazel.
With intelligence and great skills, they manage to survive on their own, putting trust and loyalty as the main characteristic in their little, improvised family. When a solitary girl arrives to their group, she is immediatly considered as a threat, but they have no heart to leave her wandering on her own. Consecuently, they will help her in what she was trying to do on her own: find her parents.
Will they really be able to do so while surviving at the same time?

They wonder why a satyr can't do it, or why it has to be them, not anyone else. After a bit of convincing, they're on their way to Cali, via plane, credit to Zeus. What they don't know, is that another mysterious young demigod was also assigned to this quest. Hali Peterson. Daughter of Poseidon, born in 1937, dropped in the Lotus Casino at age 14, till her father pulled her out in the middle of the Giant War, in hopes to gain some more power in the underwater battle that raging at his palace. Now it was the next summer, and 15 year old Hali was living the dream in Southern California, occasionally going on different quests for her father. Once upon a crazy night an asteroid hit the earth with magic of the Greek gods. You see, the gods had been captured by a mysterious villain who had stripped them of what seemed all their powers. Using the last of their abilities, the gods combined their powers into a small stone which they sent into space. This asteroid struck Earth with a large force, disturbing Magic and sending each separate greek god's powers to different people who would inherits it through a piece of jewelry. Miraculous. Meanwhile the misbehaving Percy Jackson, a 16 year old Demi God, was on a mission sent by his father Poseidon. His goal? Find the asteroid and use the godly powers to save Olympus and the gods. What he didn't know? The magic had found its own masters. Now Percy has to find these people, alongside his friends, Annabeth, and Grover, and return them to the stone. But it's a lot more complicated then it sounds... Notice: There's a few grammar mistakes in this but since it's so old I will not bother to correct them if you point them out. This fic is from 2019.
