Emma lost him. She thought he's come back with her from the UnderWorld, but he didn't.
Regina lost him. She thought it was all over after that horrible trip downstairs, but it wasn't.
They are arguying, laughing, cursing and smiling. A real storm of emotions. Sometimes they feel like they are drowning, and it's ok.
Because they are drowning together.
