But the similarities end when she realizes that the school isn't exactly a wellness centre for the deranged, not like she believed it was anyways, but a hidden massacre ground for the unwanted.
With the constant clues running through the Musical they have to do for grade credit, she sees more than she should. The hatred between students, the different outbursts from the different disorders, it's weird, but it's there. Another cause of death other than the rumored depletion of points.
She eventually finds out that the person gladly eradicating the world's tumor, is none other than his new found twin brother.
So what's she gonna do? Forget everything she saw during the Musical and just stand by her brother, the only person who understands her more than anything.
