I always wanted to live a normal life, just fit in. But somehow, I am just "different". I was happy just being with my father and brother. But, when strange men come to town, my life turns upside down. They tear my world apart and open new horrors in my mind. It was then that I realized that no matter how hard I try, I will never be the person I want to be. I was born to be different. I was made to stand out.
I, on the other hand, am not made to stand out. I am a soldier in the Young Elite Magic Force. I am one among hundreds to defend king Korindal. I even have no name to call my own. Instead, I am known by a number. One day I hope to leave this miserable life behind, but when I meet a young girl who was made to stand out, I might actually find something worth living for.

The world is screwed up place. Everyone in it just wants peace when it isn't promised to nobody. We work for ourselves to try to improve our ways of life only for someone who has more to take it. Everything is about monetary gain and if you don't got the green you better have a way to survive. Help wont come when you need it. There is no home and having shame is a simple thing of the past. We all tell people to have hope. We tell them that if they work hard enough that change will eventually come and with that change they will find their happy ending. Twitchy Witchy
Everyone has one thing or more things, that make them special. Perfect examples, able to burp the ABC's, singing backwards or even making things float with your mind. Yeah you heard me, I can make things float with my mind, and later you'll be finding what else I can do. For the longest time, it was always me, Aunt Grace and my best friend in all the world Lucas. My parents both died when I was little and I don't remember them; so I've been living with my Aunt ever since. We have family, but they aren't exactly in our zip code and they don't exactly keep in touch. We don't either, so we are really no better then them. On the night of my 16th birthday (anyone else feel like big events happen on someone 16th birthday? No, just me?) three strangers came knocking during my birthday party and that's when the truth of who I am, who my Aunt is and who my parents were--are. Leaving my normal life behind, I step into a world that has, Werewolves, Vampires, Giants, Fairies, Witches, Warlocks and Hybrids of mixed families, waiting for me. The first day at my knew school, lets just say I blew the roof off the castle. Long story short, really fast way to make people hate you even more then they already do real fast. Oh and three more thing before you start reading my story. Never open the door to three strangers in the rain, it very well might change your life for better or worse. There is also Hunters, that want to kill all of us, just because we are different. You know that saying that goes like 'things don't always work out the way you planned'? Well I know that saying very well. It is the only thing that can explain what is happening and why my whole world has been flipped upside down. I'm part of the revolution, I've always been. I had always been drawn to the dark side, be it in movies or in any other field, even when picking a book to read. I would be drawn by the cover art, and I have never been wrong by a cover picking of a book. So there I was in this situation with "friends" where they wanted to go to a club, I hated clubs because all the one's they dragged me to were so not my scene.
