In a world where demons and humans coexist but rarely become friends or even have children, a young 16 year old vampire noble becomes the first progenitor. He became the replacement for his late Mother.
The problem was that he's been fascinated by human culture since he was very young and, as the other nobles/progenitors said, was too immature to make decisions for the good of the vampires.
They adopted a new law that claimed anyone who wanted to propose a new law had to be over 21 years of age and therefore making it impossible for the young first progenitor to do anything.
He lives his vampire life in a school filled mostly with humans and eventually meets someone who changes his view on life completely. His new goal is for humans and demons to actually live together in peace.
He will fight Till The End.
