September, 1989. The Cold War got hot.
In a single night the world engulfed into a nuclear hell. Years latter the survivors band together to survive and keep humanity alive in the broken world. Warsaw Pact and NATO forces banding together after all their leaders and cities were gone in the fiery blasts. While none know who dropped the first nuke, a new taboo was born as now nuclear warfare was unanimously outlawed.
A new opportunity arrives for this world, a portal to an unknown world filled with Grim and Huntsmen. A world not touch by nuclear fire. A world these broken people will do anything for. Anything for a new home, even if it means resorting to old weapons.
(I hope you all enjoy my first Fanfic. This was inspired by another author on wattpad and his works. I don't own RWBY, all credit and rights go to ROOSTERTEETH. Hope you all enjoy)
