Ang "puting rosas" ay handog para sa may inosente at dalisay na puso. Sumisimbolo rin ito ng kabanalan. Bilang isang regalo, karaniwang may kaugnayan ito sa mga kababaihan, lalung-lalo na sa ating mga ina.
            Ang "kahel na rosas" ay nagpapahiwatig ng simbuyo ng damdamin, pagkamasigasig, at pagnanais. 
            Ang "kulay-rosas (pink)" na rosas ay pagiging magiliw at palakaibigan. Dala rin nito ang perpektong kaligayahan sa taong pag-aalayan nito.
            Ang "kulay pulang rosas" ay nagpapahayag ng pagkilala ng utang na loob, pagmamahal, at paghanga.
