Jeff is a killer, he killed his family. He soon became a cold-hearted killer, he hides in the shadows of the town and disguise himself as a young teen when he is in public. The way he kills his victims is cruel and horrid. He stabs them to death and carves smiles into their lips. Jeff soon meets a lowlife teen, Jessie Krist they some how became friends and Jeff never told Jessie his bloody truth about what he does. They so becomes closer together but suddenly Jessie saw Jeff's true form and seen the monster in him.
