Silently Loud

How do you know the importance of speech when you can't remember the last time you ever spoke? How does one tell someone if they need food or water? How do they ask for help on a math problem in school? How can they scream when they're angry and sob when they're sad? How do they yell for help if they're in trouble? No one can hear silence.
