In a world of quirks and superhuman abilities, strange things are always happening but from birth Chioma has always been different from other children. On the continent of Africa, located towards the west is a country named Nigeria. In Africa(Nigeria specifically) children do not develop Quirks until the age of 10 but for some reason Chioma's small village is different, everybody is born Quirkless. That is until at the age of three Chioma developed strange abilities, abilities that others would deem a "quirk"! This made her very famous in her small village city where nobody had any special abilities so what ever. Everybody called her "the blessed child with the luck of God" and she was quickly nicknamed "Blessed" by her entire village. Everything was perfect for Chioma and her family, especially because the youngest member had developed a Quirk! Or so they thought.
