Meet Dakota Pierce. She’s Salvatore High’s resident nerd and YouTube’s resident songbird. At school she’s Dakota Pierce. On YouTube she’s Dakota Pierce. And yet no one makes the connection that nerd Dakota and singer Dakota are one and the same. Maybe it’s because nerd Dakota wears a wig and hideous clothing to school and singer Dakota is herself on YouTube. Maybe it’s because no one thinks nerd Dakota has any sort of talent other than sticking her head in a book. But all that changes when she stampedes over the one and only Axel Wolfe, the school’s number one quarterback and number one player. And according to Axel’s rulebook, no one messes with Axel Wolfe and gets away with it. No one.
