What happened in those five years we didn't get to see? We know Tony and Pepper gets married and have a child, but what else? How did Tony cope after the snap? How did he react to seeing his bride? And what about the joy in his heart when he found out about Morgan? So many questions have been left unasked in the five missing years of Tony's life. I want them answered. So, let them be answered.

The Weight of Grief by Kale_Kabbage
12 parts Complete Mature
It's almost funny. How grief sneaks up on you. One second, you're fine; you're coping well and then it hits you like a bullet, tearing right through your heart, almost killing you on the spot. Grief is a monster that lies dormant in the darkest quarters of your mind, growing stronger and stronger until you can't fight anymore. Until you can't breathe. Peter was fractured. The monster having grown too big, and without any support left to hold him up, the world of drugs dug its claws into him. And it was slowly killing him, like a sickly sweet poison that dulled the pain while quietly feeding on his soul. He was powerless to stop it. He was too tired to stop it. Tony was doing pretty good. Aside from having died, he was doing pretty good. Resurrected from the dead, check. Thanos dead, check. Wife and daughter thriving, check. He'd never expected to get his life back, that was for sure. He was thankful for the second chance. Unfortunately, Tony was quick to discover that the kid had all but lost his own life. It felt like a knife slowly twisting into his chest every time he saw the kid: in agony. Now Tony wasn't exactly the poster-child for a good emotional support figure, but he wasn't about to sit back and let this continue. No matter how hard the kid fought him, no matter how much resistance he was met with, Tony would help the kid. Still, he couldn't help the fear that laced his blood. Tony couldn't help but question whether he would be able to save Peter from the weight of grief. **NO Starker** Triggers Warnings: Substance Use/Abuse Depressive and/or Suicidal Thoughts/Mentions Rape Threats/Mentions Descriptive Blood/Minimal Gore Some Self-Harm Coarse Language Mental Illness (various) This is a heavier story, so please don't read if you're not comfortable with any of the above triggers. My Light Diminishes. A Tony Stark x Reader

2 parts Complete Mature

Tony Stark and the reader have been best friends since before College, from there they started dating to eventually became married. However, their marriage faces complications when Tony starts coming home late at night, and becoming distant, leaving the reader feeling alone and hurt. *This is not completely canon, since Tony didn't reveal to the public that he was Ironman until Ironman 2, which is set in 2011 (roughly) And he knew Bruce before meeting him during the Avengers. Also, I love Tony Stark, I doubt he would treat his wife/partner like this by keeping secrets. But oh well. Enjoy! Also I published this a while ago on my Ao3, and decided I may as well publish it on this platform, hope you all enjoy :)
