After getting caught up in a pub brawl, John finds himself in hospital with no memory. He finds he has to learn everything again. Some things come back easily - triggered by small things. Other things are taking their time to come back to his memories, such as his boyfriend Freddie. Freddie is heartbroken when he realises John doesn't remember him and does everything in his power to make him remember.
