In an alternate timeline, superpowers have been accepted into human culture. When aliens see this as an opportunity to visit Earth, a crackdown on human safety takes place. Five year old Uraraka is the only one in her class who considers aliens cool and not strange, she dreams of becoming an astronaut like her aunt and uncle to learn more about them, even though her parents barely have enough money to support the family. During a fateful summer day at Uraraka's aunt's house, a UFO crashes in the backyard, the only survivor is a small alien girl named Mina. Could this lead to a new opening to Uraraka's dream? Or more?
