30 years ago the government as we know it almost fell apart and calls for secession were rampant. Then a man by the name Theodore Darwin walked into the Capitol and offered a solution that would compartmentalize the problems plaguing the populace. Introducing: Hubs. Now, centralized education, medicine, and a guarantee to food and shelter seem like must haves. The cost?
