After somehow completing and surviving a dreadful senior year, Alice is finally at her favorite place, her granny's house. She has always been an introvert, socially awkward, but a stubborn person. She is closed off and always prefers to be alone. When she meets someone who is arrogant but just as mysterious, she finds herself getting intruded by him. It's going to be the best summer break of all time, or thats what she thought. What if there are more problems than what is visible? What if there are more mysteries to solve? What if things aren't so simple as they appear? ⚠ : English isn't my first language so sorry for the errors and typos in advance.

With her almost 20 year marriage beyond repair, Demi Meadows is sick of playing games and being taken for granted. She needs something real, and someone who truly loves her instead of cheating on her for years. Her kids are almost out of the house, so it would be a perfect time to find a person to share her life with, and this time she isn't going to settle for anything less than the perfect person and the perfect love. But could that person be someone that she would never expect, like a one night stand that turns into a frequent visitor? Or is it too risky to go after someone who could rip her heart in two because of the different places they are in life and the similarities to her ex? What if perfect is an illusion? What if finding a perfect love is an illusion, because sometimes you can make your own perfect?
