Runaway - Nikki Sixx Short Story [5 parts ~ completed]

Kay is smitten by her new boyfriend, Nikki. So much so that she's willing to walk away from her entire life to follow him on tour. Her parents are enraged, but her undying love and yearning to be by Nikki's side overrules it. Just when everything seems to be perfect, Kay is realizing that things aren't going as perfect as she had initially hoped. She turns to the attention of a couple of Nikki's friends to get his attention, only worsening things in the process. She struggles to get Nikki's trust back and starts to regret the choices that she's made that have turned her life from a dream into a nightmare.

And Mick is just stand-offish, and highly protective of Nikki; though, he is in fact rude, but he doesn't know how to let people in. It was Vince that opened the can of worms first. The more he was just in the presence of Mick, the more quirks and things he took mental notes of, including the fact that Mick was the one with the lock on his bedroom door. One day, he caught Mick alone at home. He took it upon himself to get dinner and coax Mick out of his dark bedroom. Nikki and Mick had dark shadows looming over them constantly. Always a state of disarray. But Vince and Tommy managed to poke through those dark clouds and show Nikki and Mick what love was really like, and that they were deserving of everything.
