Now that her world tour is over, 25 year old Demi Lovato is finally taking some time for herself, trying to figure things out. She's been clean and sober for a while, her music is taking off, she has an album coming out in the fall, her relationship with Nick Jonas is flourishing, what more could she want? 

That's what she's been wondering, too. Because, as happy as she is, she feels like something is missing. She feels incredibly guilty and selfish because seemingly she has everything, so how could she still feel so incomplete?

After numerous therapy appointments, self-help books and sleepless nights, it was one fateful day spent at her friend's house when she realized what would truly make her happy.
