I have bipolar disorder and I do not fight the mania, however, I like to write it out. I would like to share how my brain works. You may not reconcile with my words and views but it is always better to let out then to cave in. So many people die and suffer from being afraid and hurting. Much akin to twenty one pilots, I just want to help one person feel better about themselves and then I'll have been a success.

This is a personal documentation through poetry. I am learning to look inward now, give myself love when I least want to. I do not live to love others, I live to love myself. I will find and create what is enough for me, and you will learn to let it be enough for you. 2022
