It's five years after the death of Iron Man and the Black Widow. Five years after the retirement of most heroes, five years in which life has went on. But heroes are always needed, no matter the time. It doesn't matter if they do something small or appearing meaningless, they are still needed. And with most of the original Avengers gone, that's now Aiyla Akar's job.

She has had an interesting past - a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who then started working in the Stark Industries, loyal to Nick Fury and following him anywhere he wished. She's a soldier, a protector, a hero. But all heroes have their secrets. And when a new threat rises, targeting few members of the population, and Aiyla is forced to take action, her secrets are threatened to be exposed.

It's also him that helps her see that her power to manipulate energy is a gift and not a curse or a flaw. The two quickly find a flow that mostly includes him finding himself between her thighs. But it's not enough for Mia, she wants more. She wants a life with Bucky, she wants him to finally kiss her and she wants to tell him how much she loves him. Natalia Alianovna, one of the most successful assassins the Red Room ever had. One of the few to gain the title, Black Widow, from graduating from the Red Room. But she left that life behind, going to America, and becoming a 'Avenger'. Only problem is, the people who trained her want her back. And they will take whatever they have to. Here is where Annika comes in. She is the youngest girl ever to graduate from the Red room at the young age of thirteen. As a baby, she was found left by the gates of the building, abandoned. Left with only a first name, they decided to take her in. She grew up there, starting her training much younger than the six year olds that are dropped off. With that start, and simply never knowing anything else, made her much more dangerous than any other girl there. She started missions at six, being able to do more damage because of her younger age. They found another mission for her, one that was unique from all of her others. She had to befriend the young Spider-Man, and get him to show her the other Avengers. So she could bring the older Black Widow home. AN: Okay, so I'm gonna say it now, before the story even starts. I am making a separate universe. I won't lie to you, I hated how Infinity War and Endgame went. So, something happened to Thanos after Age of Ultron, like he got murdered by somebody. So that threat just won't come anymore. Just thought I'd let you know.

He expected him to stay in the past with Peggy, but something went wrong and Steve comes back more angry than ever. Bucky hopes when Steve finally retires the shield that he'll start to live for himself rather than everyone else. Poppy is a new recruit that is set to take Natasha's place in the Avengers. Most people are welcoming, after all it isn't her fault that they need a replacement for Nat. Some still can't get over the fact that Nick Fury would ever think it was possible to replace Nat, one being Steve. He can't stand to see Poppy stand where Natasha stood as if she had any right to be there. Poppy always looked up to both Natasha and Steve and can't understand why Steve won't accept her. After all, he wasn't the only one that lost Natasha, she lost her too. **Everything I write is Mature. I'm sure you know that by now. 😘

It's been almost two years since the defeat of Thanos & the effects of the snap was successfully reversed. The world has slowly picked up the pieces & everyone worked hard to resume their lives right off where the Decimation left them hanging. Some succeeded, as easily as pressing the play button after putting a movie on a long pause, while some were never the same again despite regaining everything and everyone they have lost. The Avengers were the lucky ones. Lucky enough to go back to their normal or fortunate enough to be given a fresh start. Tony & Pepper got married & jetted off in a private island to finally start their long overdue family life. Sam moved back to D.C & resumed his work at the VA. Rhodey continued working as a military consultant & Wakanda has never been more occupied as it became the number one tourist spot in less then a year. Clint went back to retirement tugging Wanda along with him to his farm where Laura welcomed her with open arms. Thor & Bruce were off-planet helping the remaining Asgardians settle on a new home. Fury rebuilt his super spy network with Maria overseeing operations at the Avengers Facility, recruiting, training a new breed of response team. And Steve finally got Bucky back & they have spent the past year back in Brooklyn, traveling the world once in a while & even participating in USO tours and fairs. Everyone tried to move on and rightly so because at the end of the day, that's pretty much what's expected of everyone after any tragedy. Natasha, too has moved on. The only problem is, she chose to move on alone. * I don't own any of these characters or wish to infringe on any copy or intellectual rights. I'm just someone who has a deep love for the MCU that I can't help but try to keep the story going, keep these characters alive in more adventures, especially with 'endgame' hovering, looming over us.*
