Loki and his army had failed. And failed miserably. Thor is being very clingy and he's developing feelings for not one man, but two. Of course figuring automatically he would be sent home after his glass prison was lost and destroyed was incorrect. No, Loki was moved but its in Stark Tower, and the 'Avengers' tend to stop by often.
