Jada didn't want to be the princess of the Monatok people. She didn't want to have an arranged marriage or become a queen. All she wanted was a normal life.  She wanted to go to high school and be a cheerleader. She wanted to have normal relationships, a different name, and be a normal girl. So when her palace catches fire and no one is paying attention to her, she takes it as her chance to run away and change her life. Now it's been a year and the (hot) Monatok seeker, Wes, takes her back to her kingdom. The prince begged for forgiveness, but it was too late - for she could see there was no love in his heart. The enchantress cursed the prince, transforming him into a hideous beast - and if he was unable to learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal from the rose she offered had fallen, he would remain a beast forever. But the enchantress also placed the curse upon his innocent castle staff, who were transformed into antiques; suffering for the prince's mistake(s) in small, rusting, metallic bodies. Life was hard enough for the staff, but now - it was unbearable. ~ This story will go through the staff's struggles before, DURING, and after they were cursed. It will also fill plot holes and extend the ending of Beauty And The Beast. A majority of this story is a prequel, and will fall into a bit of a sequel as well, so I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
