Basically kushina had twins and then kyuubi attacked and then... something happened(yay suspense). Naruko gets abandoned by her parents and her sister live a great life being a bitch because Minato and Kushina lives on and then some shit happened at the Uchiha compound so sasuke ran off to get away from home and then he met Naruko and he was Like "Damn fine piece of ass".
