The year is 1942, Evangeline Yoet was a 19 year old, girl who had finished medical school and was looking for a job.
After her brother goes missing and presumed dead after joining the marines, she joins as a corpsman in the hopes of finding her brother and helping America win the Pacific war.

This is her story on how she found more than she bargained for.

After she discovered the hidden room, Eugene would start locking her in it for days at a time with the possibility of never letting her out again. It only gets worse when he and his cousin make threats to mutilate her if she ever tries to escape again, which only gives her one last chance to get out while she can and get it right.
