This is the story of an illegal alien fleeing turmoil .  

In the forests of another planet a stranger fails victim to an accident. She is discovered by an alien, Quiet-one, with the unique power to shape shift and is brought back to camp. From there things spiral out of control and her mother is murdered. Under pressure, Quiet-one makes the decision to flee and abandon everything she knew when she follows the stranger back to Earth.
