"There were dragons a long time ago. Some say that there were great, grim sky dragons that nested on the clifftops like gigantic, scary birds. Little brown scuttly dragons that hunted down the mice and rats in well-organized packs. Preposterously huge sea dragons that were 20 times as big as the big blue whale. Some say they crawled back into the sea, leaving not a bone nor a fang for men to remember them."

"But some of them weren't this cautious..."

This book takes time after the httyd3, but it occurs on the modern days, so no hiccup or toothless. Just their successors.

The Soul of a Dragon

80 parts Complete Mature

Most of my life I have been hiding from everyone and everything. Without my best friend, though, I wouldn't have survived. One seemingly normal day, I come across a strange group of dragon riders. One, in particular, draws my attention. That can only mean trouble. This is a "How to train your dragon" fanfic taking place after the second film. Some general remarks: - I do not own the Httyd series and its characters. Some parts of this story are entirely fictional and not found in the series. - TW: cursing, sex, depression and suicide, abuse - English is not my first language so I might make some mistakes. - Constructive criticism is always welcomed, but no hate pls. I don't appreciate negativity.
