Kylo Ren, as usual, was training his heart out, some walls and part of the floors were destroyed due to his rage. Until a stormtrooper notifies him of the distress signal, he would've yelled at the stormtrooper and that it was none of his concern but not until Supreme leader Snoke decided that; whoever was on that Moon, was important and strong with the force. He had instructed Kylo to collect the person, and bring them back to train and join the dark forces.

However, Kylo didn't realise he was collecting a girl and you weren't expecting a visitor.
