They Love eachother and nothing will change that. There is no doubt of that. But, will people try to pull them apart. She loves him for who he is not for what he looks like. He just loves all of her. They need eachother to live. 

One day, she has a terrible accident killing the other people in the car, & also  leaving a horendous scar on her face, she falls into deep depression caused by her trauma. 

But he is there to remind her that she is like his mirror, his mirror staring back at him.
