When Aunt May dies, the CPS comes after Peter and with the Avenger's help, they forced him to go to an orphanage. After a series of events, Peter is somehow offered an internship at Stark Industries and SpiderMan was being hunted down by the Avengers.
So, will our boi make it out? Preferably alive?
