Buzzard Home security app is not delivering the basic requirements.

Buzzard boasts to have 25 years of experience in providing security solutions but still fails in delivering the basic requirements to secure a society. Despite their flawed service what's worse is when the problems go unresolved. Situations like these can create openings for attackers to breach the security infrastructure to steal property, and cause harm to our loved ones. Buzzard talked highly of their digitalized security solutions using mobile phone app. But the app ensures little to no security. Moreover the guards now have all the amusements handy which they use almost every time on all hours of the day. They watch movies and videos or listen to songs on the pretext of "keeping us safe" and "learning to use the app". Earlier before we had installed these services the guards used to make proper entries of the visitors and did rounds at all hours of the day to ensure complete security. But now the guards are all into their phones. These frivolous behaviors invite malicious intentions and also people who keep an eye on the society at all hours of the day. Attackers generally prefer to stick to known exploits. They provide an unfettered access to all the houses. The record of the regular visitors is not kept on a regular basis. Moreover, the problem is even more gruesome as we knowingly put the life of the family members at risk .We have repeatedly lodged the complaints and have received no responses from their end.
